For as long as I can remember, the healing arts have been my calling. My journey began over 15 years ago with yoga teacher training (YTT) in Italy, where I cultivated a deep connection with the practice of yoga. Shortly after, I travelled to Thailand, to study Thai massage at the renowned Wat Phra Chetuphon Traditional Medicine School (Wat Pho). Since then, I have been dedicated to teaching yoga and practising Thai massage, guiding clients towards balance and well-being.

After taking some time to focus on my growing family (I am a proud mother of two boys, both under ten), I deepened my knowledge by studying at the ThaiVedic International School. The ThaiVedic system beautifully integrates the wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Thai Bodywork, enriched with the most potent holistic therapies of today. This comprehensive training has enabled me to offer personalized and effective treatments that address an individual’s physical, mental, and spiritual health. I have my own holistic wellness business in Mangawhai, where I currently live, Inner Bloom.

Most recently, I completed an internship with Ayurveda New Zealand.  I’m now privileged and excited to be a part of the Ayurveda New Zealand team, offering healing through Ayurvedic massage and treatments at their transformative retreats.
